Our Team:

Dr. Gordon has been a contributor to a range of pet media since his study at Drexel University in Philadelphia. After the transition to veterinary from biology, his primary interests were small pets and birds. As a student, Dr. Gordon worked part-time at several veterinary hospitals and laboratories, thus, he had the conclusive experience to share with pet owners. During his later studies and veterinary practice, he gained the expertise to advise about anything pet-related but his heart belongs to canines. Eventually, Dr. Gordon developed the continual co-operation with Dogsrecommend as an expert and frequent author.

Currently, he has earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in Massachusetts and works at the pet clinic in North Carolina. His interests are around soft-tissue surgery and nutrition.

As a veterinarian practicing for 48 years, Dr. Cropper brings her priceless experience to all our readers.

She has a unique mobile practice in Bergen County (NJ) – she comes to her patients on her own vet van and performs procedures in the comfortable surrounding. This humane approach is less stressful for most pets and their parents than visiting a vet clinic, especially in case of putting a pet to sleep.

Dr. Cropper is the co-author of the book that helps pet parents overcome the loss of their beloved fur babies. It is a harsh side of pet ownership and a rare specialist can offer proper support.

We are happy to bring Dr. Cropper’s professional experience and deep understanding of dogs to our readers. Her unique blend of many-sided expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm in further research provides quality information to all pet parents through the guides and reviews.
